Review current and previous years’ business financials, accounting records, and tax returns in addition to legal documents, operating agreements, and other relevant documents necessary for us to understand the current status of your business.

- Assist management in establishing annual financial goals for the company.
- Assist management in establishing an annual budget
- Quarterly Budget vs Actual Update
- Quarterly Cash Flow Forecast
- Quarterly 1-Hour Zoom presentation to review the previous quarter’s financial performance, as well as provide forward-looking guidance suggestions and create action plans for the next quarter
- Monthly check-in call (15-30 min) to review the action plan
- Provide technical oversight, support, and feedback to the company’s internal bookkeeping and accounting personnel (if applicable).

- Monthly CFO meetings are 90 minutes (vs. 60 minutes).
- 1-Hour quarterly strategic planning via Zoom.
- 8-hour annual strategic planning meeting, in person, at a location of Management’s choosing.
